One of the worst places I've ever stayed in this price range!
The manager was kind but I'm afraid his hotel was dreadful & ridiculously overpriced.
I actually took photos of our view (Barbed wire fencing over a construction site) & bathroom (a shower rail held up with string & tepid water for half an hour a day)to send to the American agency who booked the hotel for us - it was so bad.
The food in the hotel was typical & bland & the dining room was so sterile it was like eating in a hospital - the most annoying thing about the dining experience had to be the video on a constant reel about fish in Lake Titicaca in Spanish (once maybe - but 5 times no!)
To top it all it was in the worst location - away from down town & the lake & in the middle of a building site.
