YANBU AL SINAIYAH, Saudi Arabia

The resort looks kind of old, but my unit in side was nice. It was nicely decorated, with good kitchen appliances. Everything you need is there. My unit had a balcony facing the sea. You could see all kinds of boats and ships passing by. It was beautiful. The bathrooms were not very clean. It had a soap dispenser with old soap, and bugs had grown on the lid of the dispenser.
The maids were nice; just try to avoid asking anything of the lady in the office. She was very unpleasant and not helpful at all. We asked her to give us directions to a mall to go to the movies, and she just pointed at the sign that said "Boca Raton" on the street where the resort was located. She took an attitude that she did not want to be bothered. With my luck, I had to go to my next resort drop off the suitcases and come back to pick up my husband and my son because we were not going to fit all in the car with the suitcases. The lady made a big deal out of it. She got really mad because my husband and my son were waiting outside, and it was so hot! The front office did not have anywhere to sit. They asked the lady for water and she refused to give it to them. She said, "There is no water here!!" They got some water from the maids. She was always in a bad mood. We decided to ignore her. Get directions at a gas station.
