Would never stay again, after check-in, room was very dirty and had to go out and buy cleaning supplies. Blood was the on wall, sofa was badly stained, feet stuck to floor. This was the worse room I have ever stayed in.

Went for the July 4th weekend, planned to stay 4 nights, switched hotels after the first. Chose this one bc it was recently "renovated"- only the outside was where the money was spent. Stayed in room 1020- ocean view king- more like building view! The carpet and bathroom floor was sticky, mildew all over bathroom faucets, I'm 5'7" and had to bend down in the shower so I could wash my hair, and roaches in the room! When complained to front desk I was told no management on duty nor maintenance. Needeless to say, I stayed up that night till midnight calling other hotels- found a nice one The Breakers...spend the extra money you won't be sorry! The next morning upone check out- very rude front desk staff, when i asked them to explain why I was not getting back the full amount that was paid the previous day- had put one night reservation on my credit card and pd the rest upon arrival. The parking deck is also a hassle, I don't have the smallest of vehicles...but is was VERY difficult to navigate the turns in the garage...the parking plaes were designed for small compact cars. I have traveled to Myrtle Beach many times, as it is only a 4hr drive, the is the worst place I have ever stayed. My advice spend a little more and enjoy the hotel that you are staying at, and feel safer...wish I would have to begin with!!

The room we stayed in didn't look anything like the one on the website, nice and clean. The room we had was dirty, the floor was so nasty that I was scared to walk on it. The hall ways were just as bad. They did have a variety of pools to choose from although some were two motels away. The staff was friendly and courteous. Like most motels the towels were like using a piece of sandpaper to dry with. I probably wil not stay at this motel again.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The Travel agnet listing for the hotel says they do not have a pool but in fact that have two outdoor pools, an outdoor kiddy pool, an outdoor hot tub, an indoor hot tub and an indoor lazy river pool. The hotel has also been updated fairly recently and has a nice appearance. Hotel also has an attached parking garage and parking was never a problem even though we stayed on the busy Labor Day weekend. I would definitely stay here again.

I have a crawling baby. The tile floors in the pictures were nice to see because my baby would be on them. We got to our nasty room and we had black carpet. After I fought to keep my baby off of the floor, he got down. When I got him back up his legs were black! And the cig. burns in the blankets were a nice touch, too!
