El Dorado Seaside Suites

This is the BEST place to stay. It is an adults-only resort. Seaside is small and cozy. There are two pools: a lap pool near the spa and gym and an activity pool with a swim-up bar. The rooms are all suites with Jacuzzis. Some Jacuzzis are in the room, and others are on the balcony. The have three restraunts, all a la carte--no buffets--that serve Mexican, international, and Asian cuisine. All are excellent. Make sure to order the Matan coffee at the Mexican restraunt.
