Anyone who has spent more than fifteen minutes in Jasper knows about The Athabasca Hotel. From then on they will forever call it, "The Atha B". A senior member of Jasper''s family of hotels, "The Atha B" is a landmark at the very centre of Jasper. It''s impossible to miss. Visiors have enjoyed its hospitality since 1929. Its rooms have changed and improved many times, but its spirit of fun has never altered. As an unofficial social centre "The Atha B" has given good times and strong memories to anyone who has ever lived in Jasper. When you stay here you''ll be caught up in its spirit too! While most famous for its night life, its newly finished renovations give good reason for a second look. On entering the spacious lobby you are reminded that this is a real mountain hotel. The warmth of wood, the solidity of a stone fireplace and the many excellent examples of trophy animal heads on the walls say "Canadian Rockies".
