There are big-resort amenities in a small and intimate environment. There is an on-site gift shop, Internet access, restaurant, bar, beach snack bar, pool, Jacuzzi, tennis, gym, sauna, gas barbeque, volleyball, beach palapas, and fish-cleaning facilities. Inexpensive maid service is available.

It’s peaceful and quiet, yet only 10 minutes into the Golden Zone, with its hundreds of shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions.

Our ground-floor unit came fully furnished. There are queen-size beds, a sofa bed in the living room, full bathrooms, and a kitchen with a full-size fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffeemaker, etc. There are utensils and place settings for six, a color TV, and a phone.

The outdoor garden patio overlooks the pool. A huge patio on top of building is perfect for barbecuing and entertaining, with breathtaking views of the ocean and 3.5 miles of deserted beachfront at your doorstep.

It was an easy walk up the beach to Playa Bruja, where Mr. Lionso's Restaurant features four lobster tails and six giant prawns for 130 pesos (about 12 bucks), and margaritas, 2-for-1, cost 30 pesos. Also, next door, check out Ginger's Bilingual Horses for rides on the beach at approximately $10 an hour.

It may sound too good to be true, but seeing is believing! We loved the place so much, we bought the unit where we were staying. It is now available for weekly, monthly, or long-term rentals. All utilities are included. There is a local friendly bilingual rental manager available for any questions or problems.
