The management and level campsites. Easy ingress/egress compare to many otheres.
Resort Experience:
Yosemite South is only about 23 miles from the South Gate of Yosemite National Park and only 1 mile from the town of Coarsegold. The park manager and his wife are on-site managers and probably some of the nicest, most personable, most concerned managers we have ever met. The facilities are good and the manager is working to make them better every day. Paved roads and level campsites although the campground only has 30 amp service, the management works hard to accommodate the needs of the guests.
