Disney's Beach Club

Upon check-in, we were UPGRADED to concierge - definitely not worth an extra $150 per night, but great free! Rooms were spacious and airy, and beds were SOOOO comfortable. The bathrooms at Disney have a room for the shower and toilet (very small), and deluxe resorts have two double sinks outside the bathroom. There was no door or curtain, so you have to tell others in the room to stay around the corner if you are changing. The concierge floor rooms have balconies, turn-down service, and robes, plus a lounge with continental breakfast and snacks all day. The Stormalong Pool is a 3-acre water park with sand bottom, slide, and lazy river.

Best Things Nearby:
At this resort, you have direct access to the back entrance of Epcot within walking distance! You're also a quick water shuttle ride to MGM studios.

Best Things About the Resort:
The two pools and sand-bottom Stormalong Bay, complete with large water slide and seven whirlpools, makes this a great resort for relaxing. The Beach Club resort also has children's activities to keep the little ones busy while mom and dad enjoy some "ME" time!!

Resort Experience:
This resort has a beautiful New England seaside setting on the shore of 25-acre Crescent Lake. This resort, along with the Yacht Club, share many amenities. With close to 1,200 rooms between them and over 73,000 square feet of convention space, it's the perfact place for business or pleasure! At the resort, you will find a sand-bottom water area called Stormalong Bay and a full-service marina, along with a full-service health club, merchandise locations, and many themed restaurants. You're also just across the lake from the Boardwalk Resort, where you will find unique shops, nighttime entertainment, and restaurants. If interested, you can rent bikes to ride around on the boardwalk, go fishing or just on a nice water cruise. Whatever you're looking for I can assure you you'll find here, because Disney will go out of their way to make everyone's stay magical. As an added benefit, if you stay on-site as a Disney resort guest, you get so many other perks, like extra magic hours at the parks and Disney's Magical Express service from the airport.
