I found the rental on a website called holiday-rentals.com. Because it was off-season she offered us a rate of £45. This included two nights and linen with all utilities. The flat was small but comfortable with one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. There was also a small garden area and a small sun room for the summertime. The flat was fully furnished with cooking utensils, pans, etc. The only gripe I have about the flat was the refrigerator was located out in the sun room area, which was not heated. It was cold there in January. Anytime we needed anything from the fridge, we had to go out in the cold.
