The first time we booked, we simply asked for a place in Brentwood Village, not realizing that there were several options such as the villas, condos, etc. When we arrived there at 4 am, we thought we'd be living in one of the charming townhouses. Instead, we ended up occupying the ground floor of a house owned (we heard) by the driver of one of the townhouse owners. It had 2 bedrooms, a black and white television, and shower sans hot water.
The second time, we made sure we booked in one of the condos. We did get what we wanted except that the condo was at the basement and you had to descend several flights of stairs to get there (like a dungeon). The stove wasn't working. Neither was the TV nor the hot water in the shower (which is important because Baguio weather is brrrr weather for us tropicals). The place is livable except if you plan to spend most of your time indoors.
