Best Things About the Resort:
The pools and the games room

Resort Experience:
It is not that spread out. Everything is close, so there is not a lot of walking to get to activities within the resort. The rooms were kinda small and compact. There was a very nice tiki bar, and the games room was awesome. The virtual golf was the best experience. I would recommend a week stay to be able to enjoy all on-site amenities and the surrounding area. We had a corner room, so we were also very near the pool, and the game room was right below us.

Best Things Nearby:
Very close to Disney, but close to markets and shopping outside of Disney. No reason to pay $3 for a cup of coffee!

Best Things About the Resort:
The pool is wonderful; they have a movie theater, and the rooms are lovely!

Resort Experience:
I bought at this resort TWICE! I love it so much. It is 5 minutes from Disney, so you can enjoy all the parks but not be overwhelmed by Mickey Mouse! We went grocery shopping and ate many meals in our room. We didn't need to rush and live on fast food either. I would choose this over staying on Disney property any day. It was much less expensive food-wise, healthier, and more relaxing. I didn't feel like Disney was being crammed down my throat at every turn.

Silver Lake Resort- Silver Points

A very roomy one-bedroom sleeping four. Privacy for four as well. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The unit is well-stocked with items needed to make it very close to being at home. None of the pictures I have seen on the Internet do this resort justice. There were a lot of activities for families and kids. A ton of on-site amenities (movie theater, pool, restaurant and bar) make it possible to not have to leave if you need some relaxation.

Location, friendly staff, spacious units.

Resort Experience:
A small, quaint resort with a staff that is extremely helpful. The pool is fabulous and quite large. You have every amenity on site you could possibly want.

The units are nicely decorated and kept extremely clean.

Restaurants, putt putt golf, shopping, and, of course, DISNEY!!

Best Things About the Resort:
From the moment you check in, you know you are going to enjoy your stay. The resort isn't so big that you can't easily get around. The grounds are kept up very nicely.

Resort Experience:
I went with my family (eight of us) and there was something for everyone. They have daily activities, from face painting to bar trivia. The pool and hot tub are open fairly late (which is nice after a day at the parks) and the Cabana serves everything from breakfast to late night cocktails.

There was no high-pressure selling and they are going to be remodeling some of the older units. We stayed in one of the older units and let me tell you that I thought they were fabulous just the way they were.
