This hotel was no exception. It was nice, had clean and spacious rooms and friendly service. The downside was, the rate did not include breakfast (most Holiday Inn hotels in Europe and North America do include buffet breakfast). On the upside, it does include a free shuttle service to the airport.
This hotel is NOT a good choice for a stay in Tokyo though. The distance is significant (at least 55 minutes by train to Tokyo Central train station), which makes it not optimal for sight-seeing. This IS a good hotel for an overnight layover, or for the last night of your vacation (which was my case), when you''re just looking to get a good night sleep and catch an early plane next day.

Typical hotel room. The items in the room are old. But I like the background-music feature of the bedside table-radio unit.
They offer a free shuttle bus from the airport, but there are only about two shuttles per hour. Not as frequent as other hotels.
There's an Internet station (coin-operated) in the lobby.
There's an Amita souvenir shop on the ground floor.
They have restaurant and spa facilities; I was too tired to try any, though.
