Description: Holiday Inn is one of my favourite hotel chains to stay in. They provide decent quality (*** - 3 star) rooms, without too many frills, and for a decent rate. They also have a very good loyalty program: Holiday Inn Priority Club which lets you earn points for hotel stays, as well as other services.
This hotel was no exception. It was nice, had clean and spacious rooms and friendly service. The downside was, the rate did not include breakfast (most Holiday Inn hotels in Europe and North America do include buffet breakfast). On the upside, it does include a free shuttle service to the airport.
This hotel is NOT a good choice for a stay in Tokyo though. The distance is significant (at least 55 minutes by train to Tokyo Central train station), which makes it not optimal for sight-seeing. This IS a good hotel for an overnight layover, or for the last night of your vacation (which was my case), when you''re just looking to get a good night sleep and catch an early plane next day.
