We had an ocean-view room. We were on the fourth floor of this newly opened hotel. The room was nicely appointed, with the normal amenities one would expect from a hotel of the Marriott chain.
What we did not expect was a large balcony overlooking the pool and spa that had two sets of mounted clips in the wall. When we asked our bellboy what they were, he went into our closet and installed two full-size hammocks! What a treat to retire to the room at the end of the day and relax in our hammocks while listening to the waves crashing on the beach!
Rooms included a TV, a radio/alarm, air-conditioning, a phone, a room safe, a coffeemaker, a hair dryer, etc.
