In 2002, this hotel had just opened. Everything glistening, tasty Chinese and Western breakfast buffet, and helpful staff.
As we were adopting our daughter there, the fairly priced (and easy-to-use) computer room was a huge bonus.
Door staff (under age 20) were especially helpful, despite us having no spoken language in common. Insisted on helping us shop, including consulting the shop owner on what kind of milk and diapers we should buy. They were able to advise us themselves on beer and snacks for ourselves.
