Hosteria Abraspungu

This is definately on the higher price end for places to stay in Riobamba, but it is an incredible experience. It is located just outside of Riobamba on the road to Guano (just 7 kilometers away). (most of the nice hosteria''s are outside of the city though.) You will have to taxi out there, but the rooms are very comfortable and beautiful, with facilities catering to the business crowd. There is a good restaraunt and the building is a renovated hacienda with beautiful furnishings to match. This is where the World Bank officials and visitors stay when they are in the area.
