Resort Experience:
Sandpiper is very well equipped, spacious, and on a beautiful beach. The grounds are well kept. Units ending in 1 or 2 are oceanfront -- all others are ocean view. Many of the owners have been coming year after year, so it can be difficult to trade into the resort.
The manager lives on the premises, so if there is a problem, it will be taken care of immediately, even if it is Sunday. I have seen him replacing a stove on Sunday morning.
