The place was very nice - clean but too small for a two-bedroom. There were great views of the lake. The place only had one washer and two dryers in the laundry room, which was okay, if you did your wash at night. We didn't have a problem with that, but if you had more people in your room, it could be a problem.
We got a two-bedroom private unit with a full kitchen. Well, the most people you could fit in this two-bedroom was only about four. That’s if it was two couples. It would also be okay for three guys, one in each room and one on sofa, but it still would be crowded. I went with only one of my friends. If I would have brought my wife and child, it would have been crowded. It was prefect for just the two of us, so if you’re thinking about coming here and you want a lot of room for a two-bedroom, forget it, but the unit was very clean and was decorated nicely. The only thing that looked old was the tile in the bathrooms and kitchen. It also had great views out the living room window. Please check out the pictures I have of the room.

The resort was right on the water and had a wonderful beach. It was very family oriented. I also liked that it was directly across the street from a grocery store. We were there a week, so we shopped for groceries.
I recommend September if you want some warm weather. It was around 65-70 degrees daily. Perfect.
Our resort was on the north end of Lake Tahoe, which was perfect if you don't want to be in the tourist part of the lake. It only took us 30 minutes to get to the south end of the lake, which has a lot of shops and a few casinos. We drove a lot because everywhere seems to have a view. I have to say I never felt so healthy as I did when we were in Lake Tahoe. Don't miss going there.

However, this unit was showing quite a bit of wear. Couch/sofabed was totally broken down and needed to be replaced. Kitchen should be remodeled. Overall, very clean and had what we have come to expect in timeshare units. Other than the location, I would not consider this a Gold Crown resort.

Beware, the RCI book indicates a game room and an exercise room. The "game room" is for pay pool table that requires adult supervision for anyone under the age of 18. The "exercise" room (same room as the game room) is some old and broken down cardio equipment, most of which didn't work and some that was dangerous. If you expect to workout, you won't do it here! In addition, the game/workout room is only open from 9am to 5pm.
