We had an oceanfront room with a balcony (2 Adirondack chairs) on the 3rd floor. The room was very clean, though definitely "lived in", and quite comfortable. There was a microwave, fridge, and small table that made it great for staying in the room and listening to the surf. We looked down directly onto the boardwalk and beach—great view. Definitely worth the off-season price (1/3 the high season rate).

The accommodations were beautiful and clean. The service lacked what the hotel made up for in style and location. Front desk personnel were difficult and unfriendly, but overall the experience was a good one. Rooms were a good value and the views were very nice.
