Beautiful, comfortable and extremely clean rooms and small apartments in a garden oasis right in Tamarindo. The price is right, and the staff makes you feel at home.Make breakfast in a spic-and-span communal kitchen, commune (or not) with your neighbors in the evenings as you lounge in the hammocks that grace each front porch.We checked out a bunch of the other options while we were there and Macondo is the only place we will ever stay in Tamarindo.

We stayed here with our three children, and even though it was a one-bedroom unit, we had plenty of room and the pool was great!

New, clean, quaint, centrally located. There is a pool, kitchen (with stove and fridge), air-conditioner in the bedroom and ceiling fans throughout. Two stories, one bedroom. Private hammock on patio. Anja and Tom are a young German couple, and very accommodating.

$55 per night. They have also rooms for $25 a night.
