B&B Sacha & Lena is a clean and lovely place with sauna, hot water, air con and satellite TV. About 10 beds with shared toilet and bath are $20 per person in season, $15 out of season. It is at Molodyozhnaya 13, 10 minute walk east of Labi Hauz. This B&B is often overbooked, so it is preferable to call ahead.
