This was timeshare trade, so I don't know the price. We loved the Oregon coast, but not this complex. We were only at the complex to sleep and change clothes. This was a small older timeshare complex that sits on a bluff above the ocean. Beach access is a block or so away down some steps or you could drive down a hill and park on the sand. We did have beautiful ocean view from the room. This timeshare is ok for adults if you don't want a pool and aren't too particular.
The pool is about a mile away, up a hill and is the Lincoln City community pool. The pool was open for family swims from 1 to 3 pm and 7 to 9 pm. We didn't mind the cost of $2 per person, but the hours were not convenient for sightseeing and dining out. The boys enjoyed the community pool, but the times of operation limited our dinner options.
We had a one-bedroom unit on the second floor. The bedroom had one queen bed. The living area included a sleeper sofa. The building was very old, but the units had been redone. There was a small deck off the living room that overlooked ocean. All the cabinets, bookcases, dining set, dresser were made of nice-looking oak and didn't appear to be very old. The carpet was dirty and the unit was cleaned, but not very well.
There was a large deck and barbecue on the second floor. The problem was that the bedroom window opened on to the balcony and there were no screens, so the window and blinds had to remain closed for any bedroom privacy.
There’s no mid-week cleaning, but it can be scheduled for a fee (I was quoted $35). Towels can be exchanged at the office. The washer/dryer was very small, old, and did not work very well.
