It was definitely a good thing we stopped at the market before we got there because the 'supermarket' that was 4km away from the place was really like a mini mart-meets-Little House on the Prairie sort of thing in somebody's house. Definately didn't take Visa there. :)
They no longer have the all-inclusive plan. The rooms were really just okay. I think they are in the process of renovating. The kitchen and bathroom were all tastefully redone, but the rest really needed painting, and the sofa pull bed was of bar in the back hell variety. The day bed was comfortable. The one-bedrooms would be a better bet, as they have real beds.
The staff was great, and Luichi did everything from receptionist to horse riding guide, cattle roping, cow milking, and showing us how to make a proper Uruguayan barbeque.
