A further explanation of the location: from the A11, take the sortie Chartres est. The belltower (campanille means belltower) is visible from the exit.
This was a typical motel. Two beds in our room, and a nice bath. TV and desk. Good reception, helpful and friendly French folks. Restaurant on the premises serving a very nice breakfast and dinner (I do not know about lunch). For two people, room, breakfast, and dinner came to about $100.
