Situated at Sunshine Beach, five minutes drive from Noosa Beach and two minutes walk from Sunshine Beach, Sunshine Vista is a block of 18 self-contained units, each with a sea view.
The block also has an internal elevator servicing all three floors. All rooms have ceiling fans, fly-screened windows and patio furniture. As a resident, you also have secure parking, a spacious lock-up cupboard, a very large balcony, and use of the swimming pool, spa, and barbecue area.
The tenant landlords keep the units and their surroundings in absolutely mint condition and are useful fountains of knowledge of the local area. If you require groceries or alcohol, there is a small supermarket, snack bar and off-licence(liquor store) available around the corner.
Sunshine Beach is patrolled by lifeguards and has red-and-yellow flags to denote the safe swimming area. Board riders must stay outside this area. The Lifeguards also display a warning sign detailing any dangerous riptides in the area.
