The place only has three available guest rooms (queen beds, with ensuite), so it would never be too crowded. In fact, since it was off-season when we visited, we were the only guests at the time.
Apart from their hospitality and helpfulness (they gave us tips on nearby places to visit and a great restaurant recommendation), they also gave us a wonderfully memorable evening tour of the Melba Gully State Park nearby. Bob's talk about the Glow Worm colonies and the rainforest was truly entertaining and insightful.
For breakfast, we were served with eggs laid in their own backyard and home made jams, as well as other stuff from their menu. A real treat indeed!
So yes, this place definitely deserves the four-star rating they have been awarded. And then some.
