Best Western Princes Gate Hotel

This was simply awful! The service was cold and unhelpful. Rooms are in desperate need of updating. We saw one of the staff dragging a bed across the street from the building next door to the hotel, which was left on the street for the 2 hours that we were in a local restaurant and which was presumably used by a guest that night!
