The hotel does not serve food (other than breakfasts which are included in the price), but this isn't a hardship as a good range of restaurants is on its doorstep. The rooms are set out in three main blocks aside the outdoor swimming pool, and they all have a balcony or private entrance way dependant whether you’re on the ground floor or above. All rooms are twins with shower and bath, but be aware that the ones right down at the bottom of the complex are the very end of the hot water pipes – so time your showers accordingly!
We stayed here on a few occasions and were happy with them each time although on one occasion our room was being overrun with ants – the staff was quick to change the room and were seen in there trying to sort them out. As with any hotel in Bali, it's always worth taking a look at the rooms before you hand over your cash!
The hotel’s setting was in the middle of some paddy fields, which kept it fairly quiet, and had a host of friendly staff always available, including a small dog at reception who has a habit of grabbing hold of your ankles just when you least expect it (in play). The location is within walking distance of the main centre, but the hotel also offers a free shuttle bus service on demand.
