Hilton Lake Lanier Islands Resort

This is the place to stay! The hotel sits on the shore of Lake Lanier and is surrounded by oaks and pines. The grounds are excellent. There is a beach close to a mile long that has all you expect from a resort. There are water sports and watercraft available for rent at the Harbour Landing. We rented bikes and hit the nature trails around the resort and also outside the resort. The is a fitness room and outdoor pool available. For the sports minded, they will find tennis and golf. The elegant restaurant is very very good but a bit pricey.
