The low season discounts really make this place worth it if you share with someone else. I got a really nice room on the second floor with private bath, heated water, and mosquito net for $25 a night. The second and third floor have very comfortable hammocks to relax in. There's always hot coffee and tea ready in the morning. The hotel is next to the village's park. From the third floor, you can see the ocean through the trees.
