What a luxury to stay here. This was the best hotel we stayed during our six-day vacation. The rooms were exquisite and the bathroom so nice. Our room looked to the marina. We were on the second floor, we would had a better view on a higher floor. As it was winter, we bargained for a price that included both dinner and breakfast. The trick to bargaining is to not to choose an international chain, but a local chain or an independent hotel. The hotel has a nice lobby, restaurants, a photoshop, a jewelery store, and an indoor pool.
We were so lucky to find Turkiz hotel which has a five-star rating. The night before, we stayed at a $10 a night hotel, which was cold and dirty. So when we checked into our room at Turquiz, which had a real king-size bed, clean crisp sheets, and fluffy pillows, all I wanted to do was to take a shower and relax. The bathroom was made of marble and had some amenities which I observed first time.
The food was so delicious. Although it was a buffet we ate the best baklava, stuffed eggplants, and kuzu sarma. The next day we stopped at a local tatlici in Antalya which specializes in baklava and their baklava was not even half as good as Turkiz hotel''s baklava.
The hotel is in downtown Kemer so if you would like to take a stroll in the town you can do it easily with no hassle of looking for a transportation.
I definitely would like to stay there again.
