Very convenient, quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to with a car and great directions from our hosts.
The rooms were the smallest of any we'd stayed in during our two weeks in GB. Also, the mattress was covered in a plastic sheet that made it very uncomfotable in the warm weather. Am unsure if this room was typical of what you would get in York for the price.
Our hosts were very nice and accommodating. We left very early on our last day and they got up early to make sure we at least had toast and cereal.
Overall, I would not characterize our experience here as negative. But, in comparison with the three other B&Bs we stayed in on this trip, I would not call it one of our favorite accommodations.
