When we just stepped out the train station, we found out that the tourist information was just so far away from the station! Without knowing any German, we felt so helpless! We looked around to find the accurate direction to the Marketplace (where the tourist information is!) But... luckily, an angel was coming! A 60-year-old lady approached us and asked whether we wanted to find a room. She showed us two thick guestbooks... many people have good comments in her accommodation. Without any hestitation, we got on her car... (I didn't want to walk around with so many luggages!)It's such a wonderful place... and remember, a royal breakfast is included! I felt like staying at home... and I always wanted to stay at her place and didn't want to go out! She taught us German, taught me how to make strawberry jam, and we're just like mother and daughter.
Her husband, Hans, is a nice gentleman. He didn't speak any English, but he always wanted to talk to us in German. It's a very funny experience when we tried to communicate with him. He gave us wine to drink, he drove us everywhere when he was available. He always smiled to show his kindness...
After staying for one night, I decided to go back here to celebrate my 23rd birthday. So, we went to Salzburg and then came back here again on my birthday... We stayed longer and longer, finally, we stayed for 4 nights and have to leave because we needed to continue our journey. We missed there so much so much!
