Little Talbot Island is located 17 miles northeast of Jacksonville.
The park offers complete hook-ups for campers, tent and primitive sites also available. Camping, hiking, fishing, swimming and surfing are available. Over 5 miles of sandy undeveloped beaches (no buildings as far as you can see). Often we have been the only people on the beach.
Maritime forests, saltwater marshes and desert like dunes allow endless hours of nature study.
The ocean surf offers excellent fishing as do the tidal streams.
