This guest house is in the tiny medieval town of Sovana. It's a gem of a town with only one main street going through it with car traffic only for residents on its cobbled streets. The rooms were clean and comfortable having been renovated recently, each room with its own bathroom. Roberto, the owner, serves breakfast in his cafe which is on the small piazza in front of a 12th century church, the Santa Maria. The structure of the guest house itself must be quite old (middle ages?). I call this a 'guest house' for want of a better word, it's more a hotel with about 5 tastefully renovated units.
