Built in 1998, the Kaya Amsterdam building faces the salinas near the Harbour Village Marina, where one can often see Bonaire's famed flamingos, egrets and other animal life. While the ground and first floors of the building are used as offices and storefronts, the second story of the Kaya Amsterdam building is reserved exclusively for residential use. This top floor features 19 apartments in various configurations, including studios, one bedroom, and two bedroom units.

The Kaya Amsterdam apartments are located just outside of Bonaire's main town, Kralendijk, just a one minute drive from the major hotels and harbour/marina area, and five minutes from the town center. The nearest beach, a small convenience store, ice cream parlor, bank, and several restaurants are about 700 meters (less than a half mile) away.

With their central location, these vacation studios and apartments are perfectly suited for island explorers. Guests have easy, nearby access to scuba diving, snorkeling, windsurfing or cycling during the day, and can return to a relaxing evening at the apartment. Watch TV or sit under a palm tree in the big common area between the 2 buildings. The common area has chairs and tables - great for larger groups and social gatherings.
