Sears Motel

Our room was a comfortable cabin with cable TV, bathroom with a shower, and a good firm mattress. The owners were friendly and not only picked us up from the train depot, but were most helpful in planning our trip and were also the Dollar Rental car agency in town. The property was very clean and quiet, we have not slept that well in a long time! They also had a gas station and a well stocked gift shop so it was a one stop shop so to speak. Food is close by at "Brownies" and the "Whistle Stop" across the street.
