From what I have come to find, this student/public housing complex is 'the' place to live. This stems from the fact that it is situated so close to the main grouping of University buildings. The University does not have any official student housing. However, the student union does make some efforts to aid students in finding housing. Through ISEP room is paid by the University and there is a 2000FIM/month stipend for board.
I live in a 2 bedroom flat with another ISEP student - a 22yr old Korean girl. We share bathroom, shower room, and a small kitchen area. A phone is not provided and costs 750FIM to have installed. There are FREE laundry facilities in the basement of our building. Also located in the basement are two public saunas - separate times for men and women. Oh, there is a swimming pool down there too!
