Best Things Nearby:
Provincetown.

Best Things About the Resort:
Well-kept units, friendly staff, and location, location, location!

Resort Experience:
This resort unit was a studio unit of about 310 square feet. The way it is set up, we had MORE then enough room for our week’s stay. The room was well kept and the furnishings were nice. The unit we had was on the 'dune side' so we could look out across the sand dunes to watch the boats and also see the lighthouse at the point. From our patio we could see the tower in Provincetown.

We visited just as the season was getting started [early May], so it was not crowded. The resort was well maintained. It is a motel turned into a timeshare, but it was nicely done. You have to remember that it’s on the beach at the end of the world [so to speak]. The resort itself is about three miles from the center of town, but we had a car, so that was not a problem. I will return there hopefully on my next visit to the Cape.

I had a one-bedroom unit with a full kitchen and living room. There were two full beds, as well as a pull-out. A large balcony looked out onto the dunes.

The resort was well maintained with both indoor and outdoor pools and a great hot tub. The staff was friendly and helpful -- they made suggestions for parking, dining, etc.

Best Things Nearby:
There is just so much to do. I think the best thing to do is to visit Cape Cod Lighthouse and to go bike riding in the sand dunes. The beaches and oceans are right there at your fingertips. When you are here, you are at the very tip of Massachusetts. It is great. You can sit on the beach at this resort and see the curve at the very end. The children were fascinated to realize that on the other side of us was the entire Atlantic Ocean. Provincetown is a great small town. You can go whale watching, shopping or climb the monument. Everything here is within walking distance.

Best Things About the Resort:
The rooms are clean and you are right on the beach. There is maid service everyday. There is so much for the kids to do at the resort. My kids loved the indoor pool and I loved having a full kitchen.

I could look out from the balcony and watch the kids dig in the sand. During low tide, there were sand bars. This was great for the kids to dig and play. There was also small tide pools that held small fish and sea shells. Some adults actually went clamming on the sand bars. The sunsets from here were beautiful. There is nothing like watching the sunset over P-town.

Resort Experience:
We had a studio, which was big. It contained a murphy bed and pull out couch. We had a kitchen and a balcony overlooking the ocean. That was great. The kitchen was fully equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and mini-refrigerator.

I loved getting clean towels every day, especially since you needed to wash off the salt water often.

The resort has two shuffleboard courts, a game room, tennis courts, basketball courts, indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, and an outdoor cabana that serves drinks and snacks in the summer.

The best is the beach right outside your door. When you look across the street, you can see the sand dunes in the background.

The staff was friendly and helpful. It was not crowded in April so we had the pool to ourselves.

It is close to Provincetown. Not all the stores were open, but a lot were. In the summer months it is packed in there.

I consider this part of the Cape a little bit of heaven. It's quiet, serene, and beautiful. You have to come here and experience this part of Cape Cod to apppreciate it. No traffic, no crowds, just beauty.

Best Things About the Resort:
Location! Location! Location! Five minutes out of town, but this was its appeal. We could sleep late when we wanted to.

Resort Experience:
The condos in the main building are cute, clean, and really comfortable. There is another building with studio apartments that was not up to our usual standard--we're high maintenance--but once we moved to the main building, we couldn't have been happier.

Everything we could have wanted was available in the one-bedroom condo. The building has a nice game room for kids and teens, as well as a well-appointed lounge with a big-screen T.V. The staff was outstanding with special kudos to Cindy, the Manager. We look forward to going back!

Right on the water.

Resort Experience:
This is a three-floor condo/timeshare with two pools, one indoor and one outdoor. It's right on the beach. Our first unit had an ocean view. Located only 5 minutes from town. There's a free shuttle bus, too.
