Best Things Nearby:
Commercial Street is nearby. That is where there are lots of stores and action. Provincetown is a place where many gay people either live or visit. Pilgrim Monument is nearby, lots of places to eat and drink.

Best Things About the Resort:
Full kitchen, very good water and sunset view. The rooms are wonderful, stayed in two diferent ones. Rooms have washers and dryers. This time share is close the the action of Commercial Street.

Resort Experience:
There are many stairs leading to the rooms at the resort, you must be able to walk. No smoking in the rooms, no pool on site, hot tubs (seasonal). Fireplaces which you have to use fake logs you buy at a grocery store.
