The deck area was nice for relaxing and sunbathing as well as striking up a conversation with another guest. The Gallery Inn's location was at the western end of town, and a little bit of a hike to most bars and restaurants. This probably explains why most of the guests were rarely hanging around the inn. It's too much trouble to head back home for a quick application of sunscreen or changing your shirt.
In a pinch this place is a fine choice for a long weekend in Ptown. But for the amount charged I'd rather plan ahead and look for a more central and interesting guest house.
