One bedroom and bath was located upstairs. The other two bedrooms shared a bath on the lower level. The accommodations were nothing fancy at all and were not the most modern, but they were clean and everything in the condo was fully functioning.
There were train whistles every night and EARLY every morning that woke me. Check in was actually at another property called Snowblaze, but this wasn't really an inconvenience since our exchange information from Interval International plainly indicated where to check in.
I would highly recommend having a rental car. A "ski bus" does go to the base of the mountain every half hour or so. But I never saw the bus any closer to the condos than the highway, which means a little walking.
Two hot tubs and a sauna are onsite, located in the property center.
The downside to this property in my opinion: this property is not super convenient to the ski resort, as the property is about 5 miles from the base of the mountain.
One very positive thing about this property: no one majorly harassed us about buying a timeshare! For information, see Twin Rivers website.

The free resort shuttle bus stops here twice an hour, and the ride to Winter Park ski area takes about 15 minutes.
We own a timeshare week at Twin Rivers, but the condos are also available for rent by the night or the week from Alpine Property Management in Winter Park. The 2 BRs sleep six people; the 3 BRs sleep eight. If you get a big group, they are very inexpensive. Highly recommended for families--it''s a quiet location.
