This boutique hotel is constructed using local drystone, and all of its 19 rooms have private terraces with a garden or valley view. Although this is a countryside retreat, there is a pool, spacious lawns, tennis court, and gardens on the hotel grounds. The hotel staff is polite and professional, and all are fluent in English.
The restaurant at Le Mas des Herbes Blanches is reason enough for a visit. The food is purely Provencal, but with sophisticated touches and flavors, and there is high-class service. The chef puts together menus that take advantage of the seasonal fruits and vegetables.
For me, I think Le Mas des Herbes Blanches is the perfect place for a wedding or a romantic getaway.
