From journal Week at Marco Island
November 7, 2002
When we were there we even had free access to bicycles and things to play with at the water. While others were paying hefty fees to stay at the Hilton next door, we were staying in a far more luxurious two bedroom suite and enjoying our "free ride".
Great office staff, very service oriented, and just great things to keep kids busy program wise.Resort Experience:Charter Club is my favorite of all the Marco Island resorts, and while it's a large facility, it's very efficient and will be loved by every member of the family.
While the probability is your room will be stories off the ground, the elevators give easy access and it's nice to have a timeshare equipped with everything! The pool is very large and very nice.
Just open those drapes and take in the marvelous view! That's what everyone has who enjoys the Charter Club.

The resort had plenty of scheduled activities for all ages to partake. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were huge turtles nesting at night so lights had to be dim at 9pm. One of the nests hatched while we were there but we did not get to see it. This is a fabulous resort.
