Best of all, you're waterfront at the beach,
and you can enjoy those beautiful dramatic skies as well as wonderful times in the water. It's also fun to see all the channels built by Del Webb so that residents of Marco had boats "right at their door". Great quiet streets for biking.
Best Things About the Resort:
EVERY unit has a view, since the building was built in such a way that all units have unobstructed views of the beach and water. Now that's special, and, too, every unit is very enjoyable, and the onsite swimming pools and recreational amenities are exceptional.When we were there we even had free access to bicycles and things to play with at the water. While others were paying hefty fees to stay at the Hilton next door, we were staying in a far more luxurious two bedroom suite and enjoying our "free ride".
Great office staff, very service oriented, and just great things to keep kids busy program wise.
Resort Experience:
Charter Club is my favorite of all the Marco Island resorts, and while it's a large facility, it's very efficient and will be loved by every member of the family.
While the probability is your room will be stories off the ground, the elevators give easy access and it's nice to have a timeshare equipped with everything! The pool is very large and very nice.
Just open those drapes and take in the marvelous view! That's what everyone has who enjoys the Charter Club.
