Resort Experience:
We just returned from Ocean City MD where my wife and I, sister-in-law and brother-in-law stayed for a week in a one bedroom apartment at Sea Time resort.
It was our first time using an exchange week for our timeshare in Mont Tremblant, Canada.
Sea Time was, as expected, just steps from the ocean, and the beach was great. Even though it was early fall, the water was warm enough to swim in the surf. Ocean City has a lot to offer and the all-you-can eat seafood buffets offered by the many reataurants are to die for. Some suggestions for excellent dining are Phillips, Bonfire, Shenanigans and the Cottage Cafe in Bethany Beach.
A must see is Assateague Island where you are sure to see many wild ponies and deer. Another popular attraction in the 3 mile boardwalk from the inlet parking to 27th street.
The accommodations at Sea Time were a bit old but satisfactory. The units are well supplied with everything you need, and they all have an ocean view but the higher up you get the better the view. We were on the second of nine floors.
There is a hot tub and exercise equipment and a heated pool which was covered with a canopy when we were there.
All in all it was a pleasant holiday and we would highly recommend it.
