Best Things About the Resort:
Customer service was excellent. Every staff member was eager to please. Buffet breakfast was yummy and the buffet dinner was scrumptious. Lobby was nice and open.
Resort Experience:
Customer service was excellent, the staff spoke English fluently, and were eager to help! Clean premises, breakfast buffet was just superb, and the dinner buffet was excellent. Night entertainment was great--melodious voices and great dances. Beach was quiet and clean, but there were some vendors who can be irritating when you want a quiet stroll on the beach at 7:30am. Beautiful sunsets on the beach. Swimming pool was conviently located and accessible and kept clean. We rented taxis to get around, which we thought were reasonable considering we were getting a running commentary from the driver about the history/geography/lifestyle of the people and place. There is the usual tour desk that organizes tours, but we did not try them out.
There's a market close to the resort apart from the resort having some touristy shops. We did use the spa/salon, which once again was clean and priced reasonably. Highly recommend this resort if you don't want to do a lot of sightseeing as it is rather far away from the tourist spots.
