Description: There are several choices in this complex--we had your basic 2 br/2bath flat unit. The next time I do this, however, I will opt for the townhouse version as it is not much more expensive and it has 2 floors, with a screened in porch. The flat had no screened porch, and the mosquitoes are viscious in the summer. So once you came in for the nite, that was it--also this complex is non-smoking, so if you want to smoke, it had to be done outside and the porch would have been nice to sit outside and have a few drinks and smoke. Also I would recommend a unit closer to the pool and away from the water since their is a lagoon type thing which is bridged between the complex and the gulf--it harbors mosquitoes as well as various fish and reptiles--my daughters said they saw a gator out there one nite and I wouldn''t doubt it!! We drove around the island and found this to be a much better choice than many of the other properties on the island and much cheaper too.
