This is a family oriented resort with many generations of families.
We were confirmed into a one-bedroom unit for four; there were only two of us and I think that fit us just fine. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a pull out sofa in the living area. I think the unit would have been small for four adults, but definitely suited for two adults and a small child. We did not have a balcony but had chairs outside that we did have a view of the ocean, so that was just fine. The kitchen had everything we needed; it was a longer galley style, so one person in the kitchen at a time is a better thing. The bathroom did have a hair dryer, which was nice not to have to pack.
You do not have daily maid service; if you are staying more than one week, then you will receive weekly maid service. There is a towel exchange on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Also, when checking out, you will need to empty the trash and strip the bed linens. Doing this made vacation feel over.

Our unit had a water leak and we had to be moved to another unit. It was not clean---the broiler pan contained old french fries from who knows how long ago. We had no balcony--just a walkway. There was no view of the beach. Unit was very small. I am sorry to say that I have put this resort on my "Do Not Accept" list. In other words---A DUMP!!

We used this as a family vacation and had four one bedroom units - all were good sized and comfortable although only one had a beach view. The resort is about a mile from the famous St. Armands Circle shopping area, and has lots of great places to eat and plenty of shopping.
All in all a great vacation - small but very nice resort close to everything.
