Best Things About the Resort:
The resort is located direclty at the beach and offers almost all amenities you could wish for. The staff is amazing, very helpful and friendly and always willing to give advice or book one of the many day trips they offer.
Resort Experience:
In just a few words, it was fabulous. We visited Portugal for the first time during winter and it was still so nice and warm, just like during spring or fall in Germany. The people in the resort, but also the ones in one of the many restaurants around the resort, were always friendly and smiling and seemed to be in a good mood all the time.
What I liked most about the resort except the people, was its location. It was very close to the city centre of Albufeira where we spent quite some time shopping and trying out the different restaurants and also directly at the beach, which was pretty quiet as it was November. The resort also has a couple of bars, restaurants and pools, basically everything you could ask for.
The rooms were simple but had everything we needed and they also were perfectly clean. I would highly recommend the Clube Praia da Oura, it was one of the nicest resorts I have ever been to.
