First of all, this was a timeshare for us, so we only paid the timeshare owner price of $70 per night.
The place also serves as a regular lodge for anyone. Without discounts, a one-bedroom runs $120 a night, during the week, or $180 for a weekend night. A two-bedroom runs $55 more per night.
Anyway, the place was nice. We requested, and got, a lake view on the uppermost level - the third story - very nice. It had a kitchen, fireplace, a television in both the living room and bedroom, and all linens and towels were included.
Okay, there was a bad part that I was told was consistent with past visits, no matter which room they stayed in throughout the lodge. My fold-out bed in the living room was worthless. It was sooo uncomfortable. I don''t think I need to explain how a fold-out bed can be full of lumps and such. Anyway, as I said, this had been a problem in past visits so, thankfully, a solution was already on hand. I had to sleep on the couch''s narrow cushions lined up on the floor. Not very pleasant at all - I would highly recommend a two-bedroom if two beds are needed and a good night''s sleep is expected.
